It is not possible to forego human intervention completely in any production line. For example, a complex loading process, a continuous cleaning cycle, or random quality assurance of tools call for human intervention in the process. In addition, Langzauner offers a variety of ways to disturb not the production flow. A further attention is on ergonomic requirements such as opening stations. We have implemented these in all possible variations including swivel-stroke units. By “opening” a tool, both tool inner surfaces become accessible to the worker to carry out cleaning, inspection or loading ergonomically. Versions range from “press-integrated” to separate external opening stations.
