Vacuum films
Vacuum films are recommended for molding various shapes. Advantages: good mechanical and chemical resistance, high elongation range, non-porous, inexpensive. The most standard product is PA205 polyamide vacuum film. The new high performance PO180 film is only 50µ thick and helps reduce waste. We also suggest trying highly elastic vacuum films PO150XD2 or DIABAG (for vacuum forming), which have exceptional drape characteristics, in particular for laying out on curved shapes. Save time and reduce waste.
