Vacuum forming of composite materials involves the use of a certain amount of consumables that have an impact on production and quality. Some of these materials are laid out sequentially one by one, such as peel paper, perforated film, absorbent material and vacuum film. The standard procedure is to lay out each layer separately (eg, peel, perforated film, absorbent layer), which can be difficult, especially if molding is done on vertical surfaces.

This type of work can lead to a large overlap of materials on large products, or vice versa, it is possible to skip any layer. Overlapping materials can cause thin products to warp, creating weak spots, or can affect the porosity of subsequent layers. The omission of any layer can have a dramatic effect on the final properties of the molded product.

The Vacuopeel system is applied as a single complex and removed in two steps. In other words, when you remove the material after the curing process, you first remove the absorbent layer together with the perforated film, and then only the peel fabric: sometimes it is necessary to leave the peel fabric as a protective layer, for example, for subsequent processing, painting or other operations.

Vacuopeel can be removed twice after the curing process:

  1. You remove the absorbent layer along with the perforated film.
  2. You remove the sacrificial fiber when you need it.
