By means of our dosing and mixing plants, the exact dosing of resin and hardener succeeds. These dosing plants are available for the different resin systems (polyester, epoxy, foam resin, phenol, …). Thus you save material, potential skin contact with the materials and especially time – up to 50 % in comparison to working without dosing plant.

You decide on the necessary output of the plant, even up to 100 kg/min.

Concerning mixing plants you just flush the static mixer with acetone, dosing plants do not have to be flushed.

The plants are operated pneumatically or you opt for the computer-controlled version. All possibilities are open to you.
