Vario Cutter
The vario.cutter by Wolfangel driven electrically or hydraulically permits to cut different fibre rovings from 3 mm to 100 mm length. The cutting length can be varied easily during cutting and the cutting roll balances the wear and tear of the pressure roll. The vario.cutter processes up to 5 rovings at the same time and the continuously adjustable speed reaches up to 20 m/s. Thus, you can cut considerable quantities of fibre roving fast.
About 1.5 kg/min. result at a speed of 10 m/s and a 2.400 tex glass Roving.
