Woven tapes and narrow stripes

Woven tapes consist of fibers, roving or twisted fibers. For the composite industry, woven blanks have a fiber direction of 0° and 90°, (guide thread - 0°) or 0° (guide thread 90°). Maximum width - 30 cm.

Multiaxial tapes

Braided multiaxial tapes consist of fibers, roving or twisted fibers. For the composite industry, woven blanks have a grain direction of 0°, 90°, +45° and -45°. Maximum width - 15 cm.

Product variations

It is possible to make local cuts on the tape with reinforced edges, located according to the specification.

It is also possible to vary the width of the tape itself, resulting in a narrower design.

Lubricant tapes

Woven or braided tapes can be produced with an epoxy-compatible thermoplastic (copolyamide) lubricant for a perfect hold.

Dry fiber processes:

• manual layout.
