High temperature ovens XHT are suitable for a large number of applications: burning, degassing, pre-heating, hardening, sterilization at high temperature, tests... Maximum temperature:

450°C

XHT ovens have a reinforced and insulated floor. Up to model XHT02.7, the maximum load is 2000 kg. For larger models, the maximum load will be 3000 kg. 7 volumes:  1000, 1500, 1800, 2700, 3000, 4500, 6500 liters.

A robust construction.

The inner casing is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion. The outer casing is made of electro-galvanized steel coated with white and blue epoxy paint. Up to model XHT02.7, the ovens have a single door with hinges on the right. From the XHT03 model, the ovens have a double leaf door with an interior handle allowing an operator accidentally locked in the oven to free themselves. All of the controls are located on the left side of the oven. The XHT ovens have been designed for loading by trolley. The oven floor contains 2 grooves for the passage of the wheels. Protective covers are inserted at the front of the grooves for a good seal with the door. --> XHT ovens have a reinforced and insulated floor. Up to model XHT02.7, the maximum load is 2000 kg. High-performance ovens and high quality.

THICK INSULATION The inner casing is separated from the outside box by an optimal insulation which reduces heat losses and allows a better quality of heating. The walls and the door are insulated with 200 mm of glass wool asbestos free. You are guaranteed to have : a rapid rise in temperature, optimal functioning, low surface temperatures, excellent thermal stability, reduced power consumption. The insulation is improved by the installation of a special seal allowing the seal between the door and the body of the oven. PASSAGE Ø 40 mm A passage centered on the left wall allows the passage of cables or probes. A high temperature plug allows the passage to be closed off when not in use or to seal off the passage after passing the cables through. PERFORMING HEATING Heating is provided by armored stainless steel heating elements, ideally positioned in the air flow, allowing a rapid and uniform temperature rise.

Forced interior ventilation.

All high-temperature ovens are equipped with an exclusive ventilation system studied and designed by our engineers using software for simulating fluids. convection is forced. The air flow reduces the heating time and allows the distribution of heat in the volume. The centrifugal fan, located on the top of the oven, homogenizes the air in the useful volume. The air is sucked in by the turbine, heated and then blown into the useful volume through the rear part over the entire width. Heating is provided by armored stainless steel heating elements ideally placed in the air flow.

An adjustable air renewal

The entry of fresh air and the evacuation of hot air is done by chimneys located above the oven. A button on the control panel allows you to adjust the air renewal rate by adjusting the opening or closing of the shutter valve.

The C3030 temperature profiler

The FRANCE-ETUVES C3030 temperature controller is very accurate and particularly reliable. Measurement by PT100 or TCJ probe. Electronic PID temperature controller. Accuracy: 0.1°C. Protections for you, your oven and your products.

The ventilation and heating are cut off when the door is opened. An adjustable electronic thermostat with digital display (protection class 3.1) protects your products. It measures the temperature in the volume, and takes charge of the regulation in case of failure of the temperature controller. It switches off the heating in the event of overheating until the temperature has dropped below the value of its setting. An adjustable electronic thermostat with reset (protection class 2) located in the box protects the oven from possible overheating by switching off the heating. The reset button is located on the back of the electrical box. In the event of a fault in the ventilation fan, the heating is stopped. Various visual and audible alarms alert the operator to the problem.
