PURPOSE:

Horizontal autoclave with a cylindrical shape, closed by two bases, one of them is movable for 
loading and unloading the product. The movable base is connected to the fixed body of the 
autoclave by a bayonet-type locking mechanism. Rotation and opening of the door - manual.
The autoclave is mounted on two perpendicular bases and can be removed with two transport 
hooks, easily dismantled.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INSULATION:
The insulation is made of fiberglass with low thermal conductivity, covered with a polished steel plate. Also, these plates with a special coating are internally insulated.

 
COLORING:
Polished steel body, coated with a special varnish (standard color - metallic gray). Any color on request is possible.
SAFETY:
Electrical safety: does not start a cycle unless the autoclave is fully sealed before starting the cycle.

 
A complete controlled pneumatic system, at various stages of operation, from unlocking the door, to depressurization of the system in operation. Safety at maximum temperature (thermostat for maximum temperature). Manual pressure test valve. Dual safety static pneumatic door opening, the door only opens when there is zero pressure in the system.
HEATING AND COOLING:
  • A set of electric heaters on the supply channel.
  • Air/water heat exchanger on the supply channel.
AIR SERVICE:
The air supply is carried out by the HP 1 system and a pneumatic valve that transfers air to a suitable supply channel for continuous processing, which guarantees an extremely uniform air temperature in the autoclave.
FITTING:
  • N. 1 diameter pneumatic valve for pressure increase.
  • N. 1 pneumatic valve dia. usually closed, for automatic unloading at the end of the cycle (placed in the lower part of the machine).
  • N. 1 pneumatic valve, for water cooling hole.
  • N. 1 manual release valve for smaller diameter pressure set.
  • N. 6 diameter valves for vacuum.
  • N. 03 thermocouples.
  • N. 1 ball valve for pressure testing, dia. 3/8".
VACUUM STATION:
Comprised of n.1 vacuum pump with a capacity of 35 m³/h, manifold with reservoir, stop valve, filter, 3 valves, 3 connections between manifold and autoclave.

 
TOOLS AND CONTROLS:
  • N. 1 temperature sensor PT 100.
  • N 1 manometer.
  • No. 1 by 3-sensor in the autoclave for temperature, pressure and vacuum.
  • Pressure control with transducer 0-20 bar / 4-20 mA.
CONTROL AND ELECTRICAL GE models:
With PLC, including power modulator (PKR) and USB connection to print all data.
