APPLICATION: FOR RTM OR RTM-LIGHT PROCESSES

The vacuum stations are supplied with 2 different vacuum levels and one vacuum pump:

• One vacuum to close and open the mold.
• Another vacuum to help resin injection, the vacuum tank can improve vacuum level optimization and vacuum pump reserve saving. The COMPOSITVAC vacuum stations are a project to be used with most RTM machines.
• Mobile or stationary vacuum stations with 2 vacuum levels.
• Activated carbon filter for aggressive vapours.
