Block of automated control of the machine.

The automated control unit allows you to 
set up to 10 different values ​​for the mixing 
weight by pressing the START button.

The unit is mounted on the body of the mixing
 machine and connected to the pump system.

This node allows you to automate the process
 of selecting mixing ratios, to facilitate and
 speed up the production process.

Unidirectional dynamic mixing nozzle.

It is used as a unit for direct mixing of 
components to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
 Placed on the feed channels of the components.
 It is a consumable component and is subject to
 periodic replacement, as it is in contact with 
the crystallizing mixture.

Agitator for automated mixing of components in tanks

Allows for constant stirring of the components in 
the tanks for a pre-set time interval.

This device is suitable if the components used are
 to be colored or stirred to prevent crystallization.

The agitator is driven by an electric drive powered
 by a standard power supply. The agitator drive unit 
is equipped with an operation timer that allows 
you to set the agitator shutdown time.

The external panel of giving of ready mix.

Allows you to control the process of preparing the
 mixture from the premises adjacent to the production site.

It has wall fixings and is directly connected to the
 dosing and mixing machine.

The external ready mix supply panel is ideal for
 companies that need to separate the process of
 preparing the mixture from the processes of its 
further use.

Automatic refueling station.

The pumping station consists of two pumps with 
electric drives. The presence of a pumping station
 allows you to add components to the tanks from
 standard barrels of the manufacturer in automatic
 mode.

The pumps can be attached to drums of any 
configuration and are powered by a standard 
power supply.

The automatic refueling station makes it possible 
to make the work of the operator associated
 with the refilling of components as easy as possible and to optimize work processes.
