Union of two engineering companies aimed at the development and implementation of RTM and (SQ)RTM technologies in the production processes of large enterprises. Currently, there are several research laboratories around the world and a prototype production and training site in Belgium. The main feature of the work of employees is not only the development of an individual production technology for each client, but also technical support in the future.
Engineers very often have to deal with tasks that no one else in the world has solved before them.
And every time, no matter how difficult or even impossible the task may seem, Company is able to
offer not just a prototype, but a technology suitable for mass production! No wonder among the
company's partners you can see such names as Boeing, Airbus, Toyota, Lockheed, Sikorsky and
many others.
RTM technology (Resin Transfer Molding) is a method of creating products from composites by
injecting an epoxy binder into a closed mold in combination with subsequent pressure molding.
Products created on the basis of polymer-composite materials using RTM technology are much
superior in their characteristics to analogues created from traditional materials. Among the
technologies for creating composite products, the RTM method has established itself as the
method with the highest quality result of the products obtained.
The (SQ)RTM (Same Qualified Resin Transfer Molding) technology is an innovative technology
for producing composite products using prepregs with injection of an epoxy binder into a closed
mold. The main direction of application of the (SQ)RTM technology is the production of products
of complex shape or multi-piece parts without connecting seams. Examples of such parts are parts
of aircraft wings (flaps and ailerons) or entire wings, helicopter blades, interior trim parts, sailboat
masts, automotive parts, bicycle frames, and much more.
